Rodane Williams, currently serving as the co-founder and President of Nexlogic Systems, brings extensive experience and leadership skills to the company. With a background in Information Technology and 12 years of service in the Air Force, Williams has honed her expertise in various Fortune 500 companies, including her time spent in Afghanistan, where she served as Senior Consultant for Lockheed Martin & Leidos, supporting US $800 Million firmed-fixed-price contract to provide support for the Afghan Air Force (AAF) and Special Mission Wing (SMW)
helicopter/fixed-wing fleets.

In addition to her years of military experience, Williams has a wealth of knowledge in managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically IFS ERP, with a focus on overseeing ERP system implementations and conducting system upgrades. Her skills as an IFS Security Consultant to one of the largest defense/federal contractors showcase her proficiency in analyzing security architectures, implementing upgrades, and providing guidance for testing and configuration changes. With a strong foundation in database development, Oracle SQL, and system optimization, Williams has been instrumental in delivering high-quality IT solutions throughout their career.
